We pulled a few bunches of carrots this evening. Enough to make some nice meals... in a soup, sliced in salad, sauteed, roasted, or boiled and pureed into baby food. Besides the pumpkins and herbs, the carrots are the last of the garden.
Until next year...
And of course, nothing goes better with carrots than two sweet peas.
I love this photo because it tells so much of our life these days. The babies are freshly bathed with fresh clean clothes on...Mike and I, hmmm, well we're happy. Scruffy but happily so.
