I took him to the instacare, he said he was not feeling well then... he threw up... I helped the nurse cleanup (oh, bless her heart). Got medicine, went home, while I washed all the bedding from both my boys' beds, I also cooked dinner. Then, my little helper, Rachel was trying to cover him with a blanket, she spilled almost an entire bottle of gatoraid on the floor... (at this point, I wanted to cry). Well that was my day.
Poor guy, I hope he will get better soon. Isn't it funny, when kids are well and loud, you want them to be quiet, but when they are sick and quiet, you can't stand watching them suffer and you start miss the loudness.
I had a wonderful, wonderful day last Satureday though. My friend and I hosted a baby shower for our dear friend. There was a great turn out, and we had lots of fun. I will share some of the pictures of decorations I made for the party.
Cup cake
Paper pom-pom and banner.
Cup cakes and Picture frame with mommy and daddy's picture. The middle blank is for the baby!
and of course... LOTS of food.
My friend is a great cook. I ate too much of her potato casseroll on top of all the desserts. I had to roll out of there.
Ok, it is your turn to show off what you have been working on! Here are the rules as always...
1. Please post something YOU made. It doesn't matter if it is crochet, quilt, clothing, anything would be fine. I want to see it! If you use someone's idea or patterns please give them the rightful credit.
2. Link to your specific post, that way it is easier for everybody to find and read it.
3. Please grab the "Tea Rose Home" grab button, and link back from your post. If you can mention the party in your post or place the button on your side bar, that would be great! I want more people to have a chance to come and show off their creation.
